Who we are

Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, product interest, message, and any optional destination market and buyer type that you enter. We use this information to respond, review your requirements, prepare quotations, and continue relevant business communication. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in your message.
Website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, interactions, device and browser information, and approximate geographic information. We use these reports to improve the website and evaluate which content is useful. We do not send enquiry names, email addresses, or message contents to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics remains disabled until you choose Allow analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalisation remain disabled because this website does not currently use Google advertising or remarketing features.
After you allow analytics, we also record a limited visit source (such as ChatGPT, Bing or our previous website), its detection method and the public landing-page path. We do not retain AI conversations, search queries or full referring URLs in this source record. If you send an enquiry, this source record is included in the enquiry email. A source label indicates a detected referral, not an endorsement or a verified identity.

English, Chinese and Spanish are separate website pages. The language selector opens the corresponding page without loading an external automatic translation service.
Your choices
You can reject optional analytics without losing access to the website. Use the button below, or the Cookie settings link in any page footer, to allow or withdraw analytics consent. When consent is withdrawn, the website removes accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads without the Analytics tag.
Service providers and retention
We use service providers for website hosting, content and media storage, enquiry email delivery, and consented analytics. These providers may process limited technical or enquiry information on our behalf. We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed for the business relationship, legal obligations, dispute handling, and record keeping.
